Orchard Park Rehabilitation and Living Center

Orchard Park Rehabilitation and Living Center is located in a residential neighborhood close to Farmington Village, on a quiet street corner. This small, homelike facility boasts a combination of short-term skilled nursing (following hospitalization), rehabilitation including speech pathology, occupational and physical therapy, long-term and end of life care, as well as unique apartments providing independent and assisted living. We also can arrange outpatient rehabilitation after a nursing stay or directly from the community.

Individuals residing in our apartments have access to a range of amenities including personal care, medication administration, meals, housekeeping, activities, transportation to shopping or doctors’ appointments and laundry services.

With this wide range of services, our patients can move from independent living to skilled nursing (following a hospitalization), rehabilitation and back to independent living, as well as long term care – Whichever level of care is appropriate for you. We accept Medicare, Medicaid (MaineCare), private insurance and private funds depending on eligible services.
